SHIPPING NOTE: We are currently only shipping to the lower 48 states in the US until we have confirmation from USPS that we can again ship reasonably to other areas. I am open to custom shipping options if you find something you need from the store - simply contact me to discuss! Thanks for understanding. Our current shipping policy has our products scheduled for pick-up by USPS when shipping labels are created OR dropped off on Wednesday/Saturdays - please note that we have noticed that scanning of your package may not register for 2-3 days with our local post office.

ALSO: I have shifted to print on demand for most orders now as I do sell product through other outlets and have personal commissions that may require a few additional days to print new stock. I do my best to always keep stock on hand when it’s listed as available in the store OR describe the item as custom/pre-order availability. Thank you for your understanding!

working w/ resin

The current resins that is used is from Sirayatech, Anycubic or Elegoo brand and contain VOC’s. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are toxic emissions that come from heated plastics. They’re generally one of the reasons you need good ventilation while 3D printing, as they can make you sick if you’re not careful with your work area. Fortunately, our set up includes adequate ventilation and thus resins we use minimize this exposure to these dangerous fumes. Handling cured 3d printed resin has no inherent health risks, but we do recommend a dust mask, glasses and working with gloves if you are cutting, filing or sanding our products – as with any fine substance, resin dust can certainly be an irritant and as with many other hobby related dust producing techniques, the modeler should take precautions to prevent exposure to the eyes/mouth/skin.

packaging

Packaging of our 3d printed products varies based on the product selected. Some of our models will ship with supports still intact and will require removal with standard sprue cutters and some light sanding using wet/dry sandpaper while WET to limit resin dust. Other products may be wrapped in small bubble wrap or placed inside small boxes in an effort to help avoid damage. We have based our shipping methods on feedback from our supporters who have ordered products previously. Focus Architecture, LLC can't be held responsible for damage incurred during transition in the mail system, however, we will try to resolve documented problems by sending replacements in the first instance and then making a claim with the mail service. If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition please record and report the incidence to both Focus Architecture, LLC and your post office with arrival time and extent of the damage. This information is required to complete a claim and makes it much easier to work with you to resolve any unforeseen issue that may happen during shipment of your product.

Please note that our resin pieces are uniquely different across the range of products we offer. The shipping cost is reflective of this. Some times there are pieces that require extra care/space/packaging resources that we have already included in our shipping costs.

returns

Focus Architecture, LLC does not accept returns on 3d printed resin products. We do our best to accurately describe the product so you know precisely what you will be receiving. We do not carry shelves of stocked product but produce each order on demand specifically to meet your order. Please ensure that you have read the scale of the product you are ordering and feel free to contact me before ordering in the event you have ANY questions about our products.
